Assuming that their load balancer sets the X-Forwarded-For header, your audit logs will start to use the client IP address. How do they clock in when they are on premises? Do they use time stamp or do they use clocks? If they use clocks at the office, you can disable time stamp access either for their time entry method or from their function access profile. Otherwise, there is a "Punch Origin" report that you can run from the reports module. It will show the data source for the punches the clock, if it was time stamp, or the timecard editor and the IP address the transaction originated from.
