He was sentenced to days in jail, but given credit for the days he spent in custody in the Benton County's jail. The teen acknowledged she was involved in prostitution, according to court documents. He ly pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The teen was a runaway from Rogers, according to the probable cause affidavit.
